1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Cooper Sells Texas, LLC and Randy Cooper, REALTOR® with All City Real Estate Ltd. Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, funnels, forms, content, and services offered under the Cooper Sells Texas brand, including but not limited to real estate consultation, property marketing, and related home services.
By accessing our website at www.coopersellstexas.com, submitting a form, or purchasing any service from us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Covered
Cooper Sells Texas provides real estate representation, property marketing, consulting, and a range of home services — including but not limited to remodeling, roofing, staging, light installation, cleanup, and hauling. These services may be delivered by our in-house team or through approved vendor partners.
All services are offered on an as-available basis and may change or expand over time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice. Prices and availability are subject to change.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting any form or payment.
Use our website and services only for lawful purposes.
Not attempt to access or interfere with systems or data not intended for you.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
4. Quotes, Estimates, and Appointments
Any quote or estimate provided—whether for real estate services, home improvement projects, or property marketing—is an initial estimate only and does not constitute a binding contract until confirmed in writing and/or a deposit is received.
Scheduling requests are subject to confirmation. Cooper Sells Texas reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen events.
5. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
Payments for services may be accepted online via secure third-party payment processors. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the agreed amount.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Deposits for home or remodeling services are non-refundable once scheduling and materials have been confirmed.
Consulting or marketing retainers are non-refundable after service delivery has begun.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10 business days.
6. Marketing and Communication Consent
By submitting your contact information through any Cooper Sells Texas form, you consent to receive text messages, phone calls, and emails related to your inquiry, scheduling, or service updates.
Standard messaging and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to SMS messages or unsubscribing via email. We comply with all TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and relevant privacy laws.
7. Affiliate and Referral Disclosure
We may recommend or link to third-party vendors (for example, lenders, home inspectors, stagers, roofers, or hauling companies). Some of these relationships may involve referral fees or affiliate compensation.
We only refer partners we believe provide reliable, professional service — but we cannot guarantee their performance and are not liable for their work or actions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, text, graphics, and materials on this site are the intellectual property of Cooper Sells Texas, LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability

Any disputes shall first be resolved through good faith mediation in Tarrant County, Texas. If mediation fails, parties agree to binding arbitration or litigation in a court of competent jurisdiction within Tarrant County, Texas.
